WICOPA GmbH was established in the year 2000 as ASA Data - Systems GmbH. Along with a change of the company’s ownership in August 2010 ASA Data – Systems GmbH was renamed as WICOPA (Wirtz Consulting for International Policy Advice) GmbH.
